Happy New Year! — January Update

My other-job project is about to wrap up, which means — hurray! — I’ll soon be back at Stone and finishing up the little bit I have left at the end of his book. No release date yet, because I suck at those so terribly, but I am heading into 2020 with a sense of huge relief and “almost there!”

Coming in January (for sure) is the audiobook for Teacher’s Pet Wolf. I’ve also been asked to release some teasers/excerpts for Stone, and I’m going to try to do that! I’ll probably wait until my other-job project is done first, but then I’ll start teasing the hell out of it in preparation for the (finally!) release. Otherwise I’m staying offline as much as possible still, so I can just focus on completing these things. So if I’ve missed your message on any social media sites, I’m sorry! I will try to catch up as soon as I can.

And a quick look at my schedule for 2020: Stone first, then I’ll be writing Sheriff’s Bad Bear (since Tantor bought the rights to audio, and since it’s under contract, that story will come before any others except Stone.) Then I have another other-job project I need to finish by mid-May … then Midsummer Bride! Which will hopefully come out… midsummer. Aside from my Evil Twin novella that I’ll try to get in around the holidays, I don’t have anything else sketched in on the schedule. Maybe I’ll pull out some ideas that I’ve been sitting on, or go for something new and shiny. I’m not sure yet! Mostly I want to get the stories that I’ve been dying to write for ages finished, then I’ll figure out the rest.

Here’s to an awesome new year!
